At Yantai Deshibo factory, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. Recently, we conducted a rigorous comprehensive inspection (February 2026) on the latest iteration of our Three-Section Cabinet (Viaris City+).
To ensure our product meets the ultimate standards of durability, aesthetics, and functionality, we are actively implementing several key upgrades and precise refinements in collaboration with our manufacturing partners.
Here is a look at the latest improvements we are bringing to the Viaris City+ project:
1. Premium Aesthetic & Finish PerfectionWe believe that every detail matters. We are currently fine-tuning the exterior paint to achieve a flawless texture and matte finish. Furthermore, we are optimizing the manufacturing processes for the upper and middle cabinet bodies to completely eliminate any visible joint lines, sanding marks, or tooling imprints. The front door surface is also being refined to ensure a perfectly smooth and sleek appearance under any lighting condition.
2. Enhanced Structural Integrity & MaterialsTo provide better structural support, we are upgrading the inter-module components to high-rigidity 4mm HDPE plates. Inside the cabinet, we have redesigned the fastening method for the meter side DIN rails; we are transitioning to a much more robust “through-bolt and nut” system to guarantee long-term stability.
3. Precision Engineering & Seamless AlignmentWe are making micro-adjustments to improve the assembly experience and overall visual symmetry. This includes recalibrat
ing the door closing frames to eliminate a 2mm offset, ensuring the door gaps are perfectly symmetrical. We have also optimized the internal mounting plates by slightly expanding the insertion holes (from Ø6.5 mm to Ø7.5 mm) to perfectly accommodate hardware tolerances for a smoother installation.
4. Advanced Security FeaturesSecurity is paramount for the Viaris City+. We have updated the design of the rear cover sealing rings to include dedicated through-holes. This new feature allows for the proper installation of sealing wires, enhancing the tamper-evident security of the cabinet. We are also enforcing stricter packaging checks to ensure all necessary weather-sealing gaskets are perfectly fitted before delivery
