The Oct month, we received an order PO25000456 for compressor housings from a client in America. After obtaining the client’s drawings and receiving the deposit, our production engineers began creating the developed drawings for manufacturing.

During our drawing process, we identified an issue with the dimensions provided on the client’s original drawings.

If left uncorrected, the products we manufactured would not fit properly during assembly. In this situation, we promptly communicated the problem to the client.

The client reviewed the feedback, confirmed the error in their drawings, and provided a corrected version.

This timely communication ultimately prevented the production of non-conforming products. The process built the client’s confidence in our diligence and technical expertise.

After the initial products were shipped and received without any issues, the client was satisfied and subsequently placed a bulk order based on this successful cooperation.
